Schreiber Foods is seeking an Analytical Services Intern for our Corporate Laboratory in Green Bay, WI. The role involves assisting with analytical testing, data analysis, and program improvements across the global manufacturing network.

The ideal candidate is pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a scientific field, has lab experience, and is proficient with Excel. Hours are flexible: 15–20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week in breaks, on-site at Green Bay.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a laboratory environment and basic data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Analytical Services team with day-to-day operations and technical support.
• Support execution and continuous improvement of analytical programs.
• Assist with method verification, validation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Support calibration, proficiency testing, and data review in lab programs.
• Compile, analyze, and visualize lab data using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
• Assist with equipment evaluations and technology trials.
• Perform routine analytical testing of dairy ingredients and products.
• Support audit prep and continuous improvement initiatives.
