Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food/Dairy Science or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Research & Innovation.
• 5+ years of research management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Direct strategy and roadmaps for US Research & Development programs at Schreiber Foods.
• Oversee product development, ingredient, process and emerging technology research; pilot plant activities and commercialization.
• Lead partnerships with internal and external stakeholders; protect trade secrets and maintain competitive advantage.
• Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans and communicate customer requirements to operations.
