• Establish performance goals for department and empower associates to meet targets through teamwork.
• Develop adequate scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train and develop associates on performance and participate in performance appraisals.
• Adhere to local, state and federal laws, food safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Create a welcoming environment for customers and answer questions about products.
• Create and execute sales promotions in partnership with store management.
• Assist management with department budgeting, P&L reviews, and financial reporting.
