SCAILE seeks a Sales Development Representative to be the first contact for marketing, SEO, and content leaders across mid-market and enterprise accounts in the DACH region. You’ll own the prospecting cycle, from building AI-enriched lead lists to booking demos for the sales team.

You will execute cold calls, run multi-channel campaigns, travel to events, and maintain an up-to-date CRM while gathering market feedback to help scale our go-to-market motion.

Competenze

• 1–2 years of sales experience as an SDR/BDR or similar role.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and appointment setting.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted prospecting tools for pipeline building.
• Background in SEO tools sales or working with SEO teams.
• Understanding of buyer personas in marketing/SEO.
• Track record of participating in or working trade shows and events.
• Willingness to travel within the DACH region.
