Job summary

All Gravy is looking for a driven Business Development Representative for the DACH market, ideally based in Berlin. You will own outbound efforts targeting mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands, using phone, email and LinkedIn to create valuable early engagements.

You should have 1–2 years of commercial experience, excel at discovery, and deliver fast, direct value to prospects. This is a founding-style BDR role with real growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial sales experience.
• German native speaker with excellent English.
• Based in Berlin and eligible to work in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Own outbound outreach into mid-market and enterprise hospitality brands.
