ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketer to lead expansion into the DACH region. You will be the local source of truth for marketing, acting as a strategist, analyst, and operator across multilingual markets and end-to-end projects.

You will drive regional growth through aggressive lead generation and brand awareness, build outbound sequences, own local industry events, collaborate on ABM with performance marketing, and report on campaign performance with data-driven optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Regional Growth Engine: Drive B2B growth in the DACH region through lead generation and brand awareness.
• Outbound Strategy: Build multi-language outbound sequences to cut through the noise.
• Local Events: Own end-to-end planning of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide executive-level reporting with data-driven optimizations.
• Localization & Messaging: Adapt ElevenLabs’ messaging for multi-lingual markets.
