Dandy, transforming the dental industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional go-to-market strategies and drive growth alongside the Regional General Manager.

You’ll translate global priorities into local messaging, own demand generation, campaigns, events, and regional execution, while collaborating across sales, product, and central marketing. This role offers ownership from day one in a fast-moving, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in demand generation, product marketing, field marketing, or generalist marketing roles.
• Ability to translate global priorities into regional go-to-market strategies.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Regional Marketing Strategy: develop and execute the regional strategy to drive awareness, pipeline generation, and market penetration.
• Localise Positioning & Messaging: tailor global messaging for regional segments and dynamics.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: connect regional market with central marketing, shaping strategy.
• Partner with Regional Sales & Account Management: create enablement materials and highlight local proof points.
• Lead Regional Campaign Planning & Execution: plan priorities and run integrated programs across channels.
• Support Regional Events & Field Marketing: plan and execute local events to strengthen brand and generate pipeline.
• Voice of the Market: surface insights to influence broader strategy.
• Execute and Optimize Programs: measure ROI and optimize campaigns with central teams.
