Job summary

RTB House is seeking a field marketing professional for the DACH region to drive demand generation and pipeline across campaigns, events, and touchpoints. You will partner with Sales, Account Management and Data Analytics to align programs with business goals and ROI.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B marketing, strong ABM experience, and fluency in German and English. Remote-first work options are available, with collaboration across HQ Marketing and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Hands-on field marketing, demand generation or sales-supporting activities.
• Strong ABM knowledge and engaging target groups of prospects or clients.
• Experience planning events, campaigns and marketing projects.
• Ability to work with defined target-account lists and create relevant touchpoints.
• Experience measuring marketing performance and using data to improve campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Delivery-oriented mindset with ownership of planning and execution.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• German and English fluency (C1 or above).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the DACH marketing plan in line with local business goals.
• Coordinate with Sales and Account Management to support pipeline, retention and upsell.
• Track performance and optimize activities based on results.
• Manage the regional marketing budget with a focus on ROI.
