Job summary
ElevenLabs is seeking a remote-first Senior Customer Success professional to manage a defined book of business across the DACH region. You will own onboarding, enablement, and growth across our platform, with a focus on renewals, expansion, and cross-sell.
You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product leadership to drive revenue and customer success. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in customer success or TAC for B2B SaaS or AI/ML products in the DACH market, fluent German and English,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Mgmt, or TAC in B2B SaaS or AI/ML (DACH).
- Experience owning a defined Book of Business.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Experience across the DACH market and cultural nuances.
- Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents.
- Strong builder mindset in ambiguous, pioneering environments.
- Experience with API integrations and SDKs.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing.
- Proven revenue outcomes, owning quotas and cross-sell/renewals.
Responsibilities
- Onboard, enable, and grow customers across ElevenLabs platform and core tools.
- Advise on production deployment, usage, and performance, addressing friction.
- Own commercial outcomes for a defined book, including renewals and expansion.
