Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in B2B sales, sales operations, or sales management
• Proven track record leading analytically complex Sales Operations initiatives
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Strong experience in quota design and territory modelling
• Experience managing bid and deal approval processes in enterprise sales
• Demonstrated ability to manage channel partner relationships and enforce rules of engagement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence at all levels
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, planning, and budgeting across the DACH region
• Design and own sales quota allocation across channels
• Model territory designs and go-to-market coverage
• Define and enforce rules of engagement between direct and channel sales
• Develop and maintain CRM controls and data integrity
• Oversee Deal Desk and Bid Approval processes
• Lead Sales Incentive Compensation and cross-functional governance coordination
• Partner with Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, and IT to localize global programs
