Ubeya is seeking a Regional Customer Success & Growth Specialist to serve the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). You will guide local clients through technical onboarding, drive adoption, and build long-term executive relationships.

This role blends customer success with strategic growth to expand footprint in the region. You'll act as a bridge between product and clients, translating local needs into actionable insights, while collaborating with business development to spot upsell

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles (CS, Success, or PM).
• Experience in Workforce/HR tech or events is a plus.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation for DACH clients.
• Maintain executive relationships and drive account retention.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
• Translate client feedback to product and leadership teams.
• Provide localized training and enablement.
