Job summary

Formlabs, a leader in 3D printing, is seeking a Field Application Engineer in the DACH region. You will install, calibrate, and train customers on 3D printing systems on-site, with heavy travel (80%+).

You bring strong electromechanical/hardware knowledge, fluent German and English (C1 each), and a valid driver’s license. You will also document installations and training in Salesforce and support customers across enterprise accounts.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English at advanced level.
• Strong technical background in electromechanical/hardware.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ and drive a car.

Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning and calibration of 3D printing systems on-site.
• Conduct structured on-site training and live product demonstrations.
• Rapid break-fix and preventative maintenance visits with an aim for single-visit resolutions.
• Maintain logistics and travel plans; document installations, trainings and repairs in Salesforce.
