Job summary

JD Power is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead our DACH team in a remote setup with the UK market. You will manage 7 full-time CS Executives and 2 part-time colleagues, guiding customer lifecycle growth and ensuring value from data products.

As a player-manager, you will align strategy with execution, drive process improvements, and partner with the Customer Success Director to deliver superior customer experiences across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer success, account management, client services or related post-sale roles in a B2B data/SaaS/tech environment.
• Proven track record of improving retention, adoption, satisfaction and commercial growth.
• Understanding of data products, data quality, licensing, integration, privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Leads a German-speaking Customer Success team across multiple markets, delivering measurable value to customers.
• Owns post-sale lifecycle strategy and drives commercial outcomes for Tier 4 customers in the DACH region.
• Collaborates with the Customer Success Director to implement process improvements and new initiatives.
