Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our DACH team. You will own high-potential accounts, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and create opportunities for Account Executives while leveraging SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong, and other tools.

You will collaborate with marketing, demand gen, and sales, receive thorough onboarding, and grow through structured coaching as you build a strong sales pipeline across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• First experience in a B2B SaaS environment (BDR/SDR/Inside Sales).
• Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Native German and fluent English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and create opportunities for AEs.
• Own your DACH territory and pitch the 360Learning value proposition.
• Collaborate with coach, marketing ops, demand gen and sales for onboarding and coaching.
