Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Market Leader for the German Speaking Markets (DACH) to drive growth and market leadership from a work-at-home role in Germany. This senior leadership role focuses on accelerating client growth, retention, and strategic market development across the DACH region.

Leadership experience in sales or commercial leadership within the DACH market.
Experience designing and implementing sustainable growth strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the growth strategy for the DACH region, focusing on diversification and identifying new growth sources.
Represent the DACH market within the EMEA Growth Leadership team and contribute to broader regional strategy and priorities.
Represent the DACH market externally.
Create and maintain a client-centric culture.
Own the growth, retention, and overall performance of the regional client portfolio with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Own New Logo acquisition and ACV growth across the DACH region.
Lead the regional Sales team to drive pipeline generation, conversion, and market expansion.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and key stakeholders to accelerate growth.
Own the DACH regional marketing strategy and ensure alignment with broader strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop DACH GTM teams.
