Job summary

Bloomreach is seeking a Business Development Representative for the DACH region, based in the Netherlands. You will generate new business leads, cold call, and build relationships with C-level e-commerce clients, aiming to exceed weekly and monthly targets.

The role offers a generous commission structure on signed deals, with flexibility to operate across verticals and a fast-track path for career growth. You’ll join a global team with a hybrid, virtual-first setup and active volunteering

Qualifications

• Mother tongue German and fluent English.
• Experience generating new business and driving sales growth.
• Self-motivated with strong desire to succeed.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft).
• Excellent time management and positive, sales-driven attitude.
• Team-oriented with outbound prospecting mindset.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to be in Amsterdam office 3–4 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and convert MQLs to SQLs.
• Cold call potential customers and build relationships.
• Identify customer needs and tailor product solutions.
• Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Arrange meetings and deliver product demonstrations.
• Follow up on inquiries and share information promptly.
• Collaborate with other teams to develop new business.
• Research ICPs and target potential customers.
• Attend industry events to generate leads.
