Proven track record delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Experience aligning B2B and B2C strategy with regional priorities.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the integrated DACH B2B marketing plan aligned to regional goals.
Carry pipeline goals and demonstrate measurable contribution to revenue.
Partner with DACH Sales and GTM leadership on territory planning and priorities.
Build full-funnel programs across multiple marketing channels.
Design programs around priority accounts and senior decision-makers.
Collaborate with Marketing Operations on campaigns, data quality and attribution.
Establish regular pacing for pipeline performance and investment decisions.
Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs for DACH.
