Job summary

Pion is expanding into the DACH region and seeks a founding commercial hire in Germany to build a market from scratch. You’ll bring enterprise B2C brands across Germany, Austria and Switzerland onto the world’s leading closed consumer group platform, with potential progression into regional leadership.

You’ll own the full sales cycle, tailor the GTM pitch for German-speaking markets, and collaborate with Marketing on localised content and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native German with professional English proficiency
• 3–6 years of B2B SaaS/AdTech/MarTech sales with new business track record
• Experience selling to enterprise B2C brands with consultative, value-based selling

Responsibilities

• Own the full new business sales cycle across DACH from prospecting to close
• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise B2C brand partners in DACH
• Drive pipeline growth using outbound tools and maintain CRM hygiene
• Lead as the founding regional hire, collaborating with Marketing on German content
• Represent the business at industry events and feed market intelligence back to leadership
