Intuitive Surgical is seeking a Da Vinci Clinical Sales Representative to maximize the use of the da Vinci Surgical System across local hospital sites. You will partner with the Clinical Sales Manager to develop market plans, and you will become a clinical expert across primary OR procedures to support surgeon teams and drive adoption.

The role requires 4+ years of sales experience (2+ in healthcare), fluency in English and French, and the ability to travel up to 70%.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Up to 70% travel and/or field presence.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Experience in introducing new technologies to the market is a plus.
• Knowledge of the OR environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize utilization of the installed da Vinci Surgical System.
• Develop a local market sales plan with the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager.
• Become a clinical expert across all primary OR procedures.
• Collaborate with senior hospital staff and surgeons to integrate the da Vinci System at new sites.
• Create a Surgical Team plan to ensure independent system use within a reasonable time.
• Grow the user base by developing qualified leads with key hospital staff and thought leaders.
• Contribute to training activities and lead instrument/accessory sales initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks including reporting of sales activities and expenses.
