Job summary

Florida's Fast Growing Window Company is seeking an experienced Homeowner Outreach Manager to lead a door-to-door canvassing team in Florida. You will interview, hire, train, and manage canvassers, and coach in the field to drive production.

In this in-the-trenches role, you’ll build route strategies, run team meetings, and track performance to continually improve results. A car or truck is required for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• Proven door-to-door canvassing management experience.
• Home improvement or related home-services experience.
• Experience building and training canvassing teams.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Must have a car or truck.

We’re looking for an experienced Homeowner Outreach Manager to lead, train, and grow a door-to-door team for a fast-growing Florida window, door, and roofing company. This isn't a desk-only management role. You'll be in the field, coaching your team and helping drive production.
