Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of administrative support functions.

Responsibilities

• Maintains assigned reports, correspondence, and data pertaining to CYP components.
• Ensures child registration and enrollment paperwork is complete and current.
• Provides front desk coverage and answers questions regarding programs and policies; informs about patron financial obligations and waiting lists.
• Collects fees and records payments; deposits funds per cash handling procedures.
• Serves as a mandatory reporter to Family Advocacy and Child Protective Services; performs other duties as assigned.
