Job summary

NAVSTA Mayport is seeking a Navy Child and Youth Programs Operations Clerk to support front-line operations, enrollment management, and recordkeeping for CYP services. You will coordinate waitlists, process enrollments, and handle parent fees while maintaining accurate documentation.

The role requires experience in administrative support, knowledge of CYP-related programs, and strong English communication. Expect data-driven tasks and coordination with program staff at a busy naval facility.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative support functions.
• Familiarity with office automation software and procedures.
• Knowledge of military CDC, CDH, SAC, YP, R&R and USDA Food Programs.
• Ability to maintain a computerized database and records.
• Proficiency with CYMS or equivalent database systems.
• Clear English communication, both written and spoken.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Two years of administrative experience.

• Serve as front line representative and administrative liaison for CYP.
• Manage CYP waitlist and coordinate enrollment.
• Oversee recordkeeping and data processing systems.
• Collect parent fees and ensure accurate reporting.
