Job summary

Joint Region Marianas seeks a Child and Youth Program Operations Clerk at Andersen Air Force Base, Guam. The role supports the CYP across CDCs, CDHs, SAC, YP, R&R, and USDA programs, handling records, inquiries, and daily cash handling.

You will assist with training communications and maintain accurate reports and enrollment data. Candidates should be proficient in office software, capable of managing complex paperwork, and able to interact effectively with families and program staff.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard office software and data entry.
• Familiarity with military child care programs and fee tracking (R&R, USDA) optional but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front desk contact and answer inquiries regarding programs and fees.
• Maintain and file reports, records, and financial data for CYP components.
• Process registrations, enrollments, and background check documentation.
• Monitor supplies and deposits, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
