Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; must maintain clearance.
• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience coordinating training, scheduling, or administrative activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and administrative support for cybersecurity training events and readiness activities.
• Maintain training calendars, attendee rosters, materials, and virtual training links.
• Track completion, qualification status, development plans, and training requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance rosters, and supporting documentation.
• Support data collection and validation for workforce-readiness metrics and reports.
• Assist with onboarding and initial qualification requirements.
