Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales/Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise Browser team in a remote-capable role. You will partner with Sales to understand customer needs, craft validated security solutions, and present PoCs to win deals.

The role requires 6+ years in pre-sales in Zero Trust, networking, and SSE/SASE, with deep NGFW, SASE, SD-WAN knowledge and up to 50% travel to meet customers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in pre-sales/sales engineering within Zero Trust, Networking, Network Security, SaaS Security or SSE/SASE.
• Deep knowledge of NGFW, Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, CASB, Proxy, DLP and BYOD solutions.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers with Sales Specialists and local partners.
• Identify and document problems solvable by integrated solutions.
• Architect and propose validated solutions addressing customer environments.
• Deliver presentations/demonstrations, PoC, RFP/RFI responses.
• Ensure ongoing customer happiness, support, and adoption.
• Continue learning to maintain technical leadership of relevant technologies.
