Job summary

Exclusive Networks Deutschland GmbH seeks a Services Engineer to drive both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities across the portfolio. You will support opportunity development, design solutions, run demonstrations, proofs of concepts, and guide implementation and customer success.

Responsibilities include lead pre‑sales technical support, RFP responses, implementing and testing configurations, and providing knowledge transfer and enablement sessions for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre‑sales and/or post‑sales consulting.
• Cybersecurity platform experience is required.
• Ability to design solutions and implement them across customer environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales technical support, discovery workshops, demonstrations and proofs of concepts.
• Support RFPs and technical responses.
• Deliver implementation, configuration, testing and knowledge transfer.
• Provide post‑sales support and adoption guidance.
• Deliver technical enablement sessions for customers and partners.
