Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive technical leadership across complex customer engagements.

This role owns end-to-end solution validation, adoption, and health, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and measurable security outcomes. You will influence senior stakeholders, craft high-level designs across PANW portfolio, and lead technical demonstrations and workshops to articulate value in on-prem, cloud, and security operations

Qualifications

• 6+ years technical pre-sales experience required.
• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proven ability to influence and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
• Experience delivering customized technical presentations, workshops, or validations.
• Pre-Sales experience in large, complex enterprises with multi-product solutions.
• Experience in Networking, Network Security, Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, SOC/Endpoint, SASE, or AI Security.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical leadership and guide customers through their security transformation journeys.
• Own accounts end-to-end, ensuring solution fit, deployment quality, adoption and health.
• Engage with C-level executives to position Palo Alto Networks as a trusted partner.
• Lead technical validation efforts using best practices tailored to customer environments.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Success, Specialists, Channel partners, and Support teams.
• Monitor customer usage and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities and risks.
• Communicate effectively to align customer decision-making through tailored briefings and workshops.
