Qualifications

• 1–3 years SDR/BDR or outbound sales experience.
• Proven pipeline generation through outbound prospecting.
• Excellent phone presence with objection handling.
• Strong written communication and personalized outreach.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Highly organized and self-motivated, goal-driven.
• Willing to grow into a closing sales role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts via outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Make high‑volume outbound calls while maintaining quality conversations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery.
• Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
• Follow up on marketing-generated and partner leads.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve messaging and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.
