Qualifications

• Self-starter who delivers results consistently.
• Experience in tech or sales is preferred but not required.
• MSP industry background preferred but not required.
• Demonstrates integrity, advocacy, and leadership experience.
• Able to problem-solve quickly to meet lead/client needs.
• Collaborates with leads to ensure excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Able to take initiative and work independently.
• Identifies opportunities and prioritizes stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to generate brand awareness and schedule first-time appointments.
• Log all leads and calls into HubSpot.
• Develop extensive knowledge of the MSP community.
• Prioritize weekly tasks and communicate status of initiatives.
• Collaborate with revenue operations.
• Oversee quality assurance in service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
