Job summary

Team8 Stealth Cyber Startup is seeking an SDR to build the top of our go-to-market funnel. You’ll own outbound and event-driven outreach, turn interest into qualified meetings for our sales team, and sit at the intersection of sales and marketing.

This is a hands-on role for someone who builds real relationships, not just runs sequences. We’re looking for someone who is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, organized, and comfortable using CRM and outreach automation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English required.
• Experience running outbound campaigns end to end is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships and own a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Run outbound campaigns across email, phone and LinkedIn to security leaders in target accounts.
• Follow up quickly with engaged companies and event attendees.
• Invite prospects to events and industry conferences, and follow up afterward.
• Book qualified meetings and keep the pipeline clean and up to date.
• Work closely with sales and marketing on messaging, targeting and campaign results.
• Build and improve the outreach workflows and automations you use every day.
