Job summary

Shift Group, on behalf of a cybersecurity startup, is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to build the pipeline from day one. You will open new doors through cold calling, email and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and set up meetings for Account Executives, with hands-on sales training and a clear promotion path to Account Executive.

This role offers a base salary of $70,000 with a year-one OTE of $110,000.

Qualifications

• 6 to 18 months of outbound sales experience.
• Competitive drive with a will to win.
• Highly coachable with openness to training and feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Open new doors: create new business opportunities through cold calling, email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strategize and qualify: prospect into high-value accounts, identify decision-makers, and book critical meetings for Account Executives.
• Master the process: keep CRM data razor-sharp (Salesforce, HubSpot) and leverage modern AI sales tools to maximize output.
• Crush your targets: track performance metrics and consistently hit meeting quotas.
