Job summary

Anthropic Limited in Seattle is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists to build and lead a team selling to security teams across our Americas units. You will shape security strategy, collaborate with Account Executives and Applied AI, and guide deals with CISOs to secure AI-enabled systems.

A strong background in enterprise security sales and coaching is essential. You will own forecast, design coverage, and develop scalable enablement to ensure security opportunities are identified

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team including hiring and coaching.
• Proven track record closing complex enterprise deals with CISOs and security leads.
• Fluency in how security teams operate and how to sell to security buyers.
• Depth in at least one security domain (e.g., app security, cloud, SOC).
• History of building a business via outbound and partners, not just inherited accounts.
• Ability to influence across Account Executives and leadership to win deals.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing cybersecurity sales team.
• Own forecast, pipeline health and results across covered business units.
• Set coverage models and align with sales leadership and Applied AI leadership.
• Build a pipeline engine with Account Executives across accounts and outbound.
• Coach teams through complex deals and act as executive sponsor with CISOs.
• Make security reviews and procurement a repeatable path, not deal-by-deal.
• Scale enablement so AEs can spot and qualify security opportunities.
• Translate customer feedback into roadmap input for product and marketing.
