Anthropic in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists to lead a team selling to security teams across our Americas units. You will work with Account Executives to drive security strategy and close multi-stakeholder deals with CISOs, spanning financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and tech sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team
• Track record of closing complex enterprise deals with security buyers
• Fluency in how security teams work (CISOs, security leads, security engineers)
• Depth in at least one security domain (application security, security ops, cloud, etc.)
• History of building a business through outbound and partners
• Ability to lead through influence with Account Executives and leaders
• Consultative selling approach and honesty about product limits
• Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial

Responsabilités

• Hire, onboard and develop a high-performing cybersecurity sales team
• Own team forecast, pipeline health and results across covered business units
• Define coverage model and set engagement rules with sales leaders and Applied AI leadership
• Build a pipeline engine with EAs across accounts and outbound to security leaders
• Coach teams on complex deals and act as executive sponsor with CISOs
• Make security reviews and procurement a repeatable process
• Scale enablement so executives can spot security opportunities
• Relay customer insights to leadership and product/safeguards/marketing teams
• Maintain healthy team with clear expectations and development conversations
