Anthropic is seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity Sales Specialists to build and lead a team selling to security teams across the Americas. You will guide strategy with Account Executives and Applied AI, shaping security deals and the security roadmap.

You will hire, coach, forecast and drive a pipeline across multiple industries, including financial services, healthcare and tech, ensuring scalable security solutions and close collaboration with CISOs.

Formación

• Experience building and leading a cybersecurity sales team.
• Track record closing complex enterprise deals with security buyers.
• Fluency selling to CISOs, application security leads and security engineers.
• Depth in at least one security domain (e.g., app security, security ops, etc.).
• History building a business through outbound and partners, not just inherited accounts.
• Ability to lead through influence, not only authority.
• Consultative selling approach and honest assessment of product limits.
• Commitment to making AI systems safe and beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Hire, onboard and develop a high‑performing cybersecurity sales team.
• Own forecast, pipeline health and results across covered units.
• Set coverage model and align with sales leaders and Applied AI on discovery and architecture.
• Build a pipeline engine with AE's across accounts, including outbound to security leaders.
• Coach teams through complex deals and act as executive sponsor with CISOs.
• Make security reviews and procure a repeatable path, not ad-hoc deals.
• Scale enablement so AE's identify and qualify security opportunities.
• Communicate customer insights to leadership and product roadmap teams.
