Job summary

MBC TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC is seeking a Sales Engineer – Cybersecurity to support regional Account Executives in driving technical validation and deal progression across North America.

You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and POCs, translating customer needs into secure, scalable cybersecurity solutions for manufacturing, industrial, and engineering environments, while traveling regionally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity or technical pre-sales.
• Experience with manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Comfort presenting to technical teams and executives.
• Strong networking fundamentals (switching, routing, segmentation).
• Willingness to travel regionally.
• Professional certification support (where applicable)

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional Account Executives on active opportunities.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions with IT, OT, and security teams.
• Design and manage proofs-of-concepts (POCs).
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical solutions.
• Support RFP/RFI responses as needed.
• Attend regional industry events and conferences.
• Provide feedback to leadership on product positioning and objections.
• Assist post-sale transition when technical continuity is beneficial
