Job summary

Tenzai is seeking a North America Sales Engineer on the West Coast to be the technical half of the power duo. You will own PoCs, map customer pain points to automated security capabilities, and present a compelling technical narrative to CISOs and security architects.

You’ll partner with the Regional Sales Director to drive technical wins across Fortune 500 environments. You are the primary technical face, translating field requirements into product evolutions, collaborating with researchers,

Qualifications

5+ years in Sales Engineering or Technical Account Management in cybersecurity.
PoC management and ability to handle multiple enterprise trials.
Strong communication with CISOs and Security Architects.
Founding mindset with proactive GTM process improvements.
Tech depth in AppSec, networking, cloud infrastructure, and attacker mindset.

Responsibilities

Own the Technical Win: Lead PoCs from start to finish and ensure client success criteria are met.
Strategic Discovery: Identify technical pain points within CISOs and map capabilities to needs.
Bridge between customers and R&D/Product teams to translate field requirements.
Technical Orchestration: Collaborate with Security Researchers for demonstrations and deep-dives.
Solution Architecture: Explain integration into SIEM, SOAR, EDR and proactive posture.
