Jobgether, listed on behalf of our partner, seeks a Renewals Representative in the United States to protect and grow recurring revenue in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment.

You will manage a portfolio of customer renewals, drive on-time expirations, and collaborate with Sales, CS, Finance, Legal, and channel partners to secure favorable terms. This role is remote within the United States and emphasizes data-driven renewal strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Proven success in renewal, retention, or revenue targets.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with pricing experience.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals and hit booking, retention, and revenue targets.
• Own the full renewal lifecycle from engagement to contract signature.
• Maintain renewal forecasts and pipeline in Salesforce with data quality.
• Monitor health indicators and churn risk with Customer Success teams.
• Use MDR performance metrics to demonstrate value and retention opportunities.
• Prepare renewal quotations and negotiate terms including multi-year agreements.
