Jobgether is hiring for a renewals-focused role in a fully remote United States team. The candidate will manage renewals, forecast and optimize pipelines, and collaborate with Customer Success to mitigate churn while enhancing account value.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in renewals or related B2B SaaS sales, with strong negotiation skills and experience with Salesforce CPQ. This role offers remote work across the US and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
• Strong success in renewal, retention, or revenue targets.
• Proficiency with subscription pricing, quotation prep, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals to hit quarterly and annual targets.
• Own the full renewal lifecycle and engage customers 90–120 days before expiration.
