Job summary

Presidio, Inc. is seeking a Security Practice Lead for its Cybersecurity National Practice.

You will act as SME for cybersecurity solutions, drive revenue for consulting, vSOC, and OEM/ISV products, and lead field enablement across the region with Sales and Engineering teams. Role requires deep knowledge in security technologies and frameworks, with 5–10+ years in IT security and a track record in pre/post-sales activities, plus willingness to travel 20–25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work/military experience.
• 5–10+ years in IT security and/or Managed Security Services.
• Experience guiding strategic, program and design initiatives in cyber security.
• Security qualifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC) desirable.
• GRC and offensive security consulting experience desirable (pre-sales).
• Knowledge of security technologies across firewall, IPS, SIEM, DLP, cloud.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients as trusted advisor to understand security challenges and map to Presidio and partner solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support with sales teams to ensure fit of products and services.
• Articulate Presidio security value proposition to clients, including C-suite, technically and business-wise.
• Communicate capabilities of Presidio security services effectively.
• Monitor industry trends and alliances to leverage capabilities and emerging tech.
• Define requirements and value propositions for Solutions Architects.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Directors to establish presence in key accounts.
• Develop security solution profiles for top accounts and identify decision-makers.
• Maintain relationships with vendor contacts for updates, deal registration, discounts, and escalations.
• Conduct security trainings to build sales team's security and lead qualification capabilities.
• Identify opportunities for consulting and hardware/software integration services with the cybersecurity team.
• Monitor competition and market pricing, products, services, and delivery schedules.
• Demonstrate thought leadership to attract clients and grow Presidio's security reputation.
