Job summary

Presidio seeks a Security Practice Lead to drive the Cybersecurity National Practice, leading consulting and vSOC revenue and field enablement across regions. You will align security strategy with sales and engineering, shaping offerings and customer outcomes in a fast-moving market.

Ideal candidates combine deep security expertise with leadership, enabling innovative AI, cloud, and data-driven security solutions for clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work/military experience.
• 5-10+ years of IT Security or Managed Security Services experience.
• Guidance in strategic, program and project initiatives in cyber security.
• Working knowledge of security technologies and products (Firewall, IPS, SIEM, DLP, Cloud Security).
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, GIAC or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GRC and Offensive Security services (pre-sales).
• Pre- or post-sales experience in information security.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients as trusted advisor to identify security needs and map to Presidio solutions.
• Provide pre-sales support with sales teams to meet customer requirements.
• Present Presidio security value proposition to clients, including C-suite.
• Develop security solution profiles for top accounts and key influencers.
• Conduct security trainings to build sales team capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity team on consulting opportunities and vendor relations.
• Monitor marketplace data on pricing, products, and delivery.
