Job summary

Jobless is seeking a Customer Success Manager in the United States (Texas, McKinney) to lead onboarding, drive customer satisfaction, and maximize value from our security services. You will be the primary contact, building strong relationships and guiding clients through onboarding and ongoing adoption.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in customer success or account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge of network security or cybersecurity a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure customers understand security service capabilities.
• Monitor satisfaction, address concerns, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Track KPIs and report security metrics to clients.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Security Ops, and Product teams to align on goals.
