Horizon3.ai is a fully remote cybersecurity company providing NodeZero autonomous pentests and other assessment operations. We seek a Digital Customer Success Manager/Associate who will partner with customers to realize value from NodeZero through scalable, digital-first engagements.

The role may be at Associate or Manager level depending on experience. The position emphasizes clear communication, rapid learning of technical concepts, disciplined project management, and proactive action to help

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of relevant Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, cybersecurity, or SaaS experience for the Manager level.

Responsabilités

• Manage a scaled portfolio of customers using customer metrics, health signals, lifecycle stages, and repeatable engagement plays.
• Build trusted relationships with customer champions and help them communicate security outcomes to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Use CRM and customer success systems consistently so customer context, actions, risks, and next steps are visible to the team.
• Drive onboarding and adoption through digital touchpoints (emails, webinars, office hours, resources).
• Help customers connect NodeZero capabilities to their security priorities.
• Help customers translate NodeZero results into business priorities and remediation actions.
