Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to help drive the revenue pipeline and lead sales cycles from Stage 0 to close. You will liaise between client, sales, and delivery teams, manage pipeline cadence, and support renewal/expansion opportunities.

In this role, you will onboard clients, prepare QBRs, monitor account health, and contribute to ongoing relationship improvement while collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to deliver standout cybersecurity

Qualifications

Must have at least 3 years of sales experience and executive presence.
Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field.
Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years)

Responsibilities

Build trusted client relationships that transform cybersecurity response partnerships and risk management.
Design, set up, and refine the sales cycle process and post-close engagement model.
Work with internal teams and client stakeholders to create standout client experiences.
Develop relationships across internal client teams and earn trust of decision makers and sponsors.
Support proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development across the team.
Grow knowledge of cybersecurity landscape and consultative sales best practices.
