Job summary

Accenture Security is seeking a Client Relationship & Sales Support Specialist to drive the revenue pipeline and manage opportunities from Stage 0 to close. You will liaise between client, sales and delivery teams, oversee pipeline cadence, proposal development and CRM hygiene, and support post-close onboarding and renewal activities.

Travel up to 100% may be required. You will build trusted relationships, design the sales cycle, and help deliver standout client experiences across cybersecurity

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of experience in sales
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in the Cybersecurity field
• Must be highly organized with at least 3 years of strong project management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Build trusted client relationships that transform how clients experience cybersecurity response partnership and long-term risk management
• Design, set up, and refine the sales cycle process and post-close engagement model, ensuring every stage from Stage 0 through renewal runs seamlessly
• Work with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams - as well as client stakeholders - to create standout client experiences
• Develop strong relationships across internal client teams and clients and earn the trust of key decision makers, technical leads, and executive sponsors
• Pitch in on broader sales efforts when needed - supporting proposals, pursuits, and pipeline development across the team
• Continue to grow your knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, client industry dynamics, and consultative sales best practices
