Job summary

Presidio is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Consulting Leader to scale a global consulting practice, overseeing governance, architecture and offensive security initiatives in a client-facing role. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, and workforce strategy while maintaining high delivery standards.

You will manage a distributed team, partner with sales and pre-sales, and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience
• 12-15 years of cybersecurity experience with leadership responsibilities
• Experience leading managers and geographically distributed teams of 20+ people
• Financial accountability for a consulting or professional services organization
• Experience managing project-based consulting delivered through fixed-fee, T&M, or retainer models
• Ability to work with Sales and pre-sales without compromising vendor-neutral approach
• Knowledge of regulations and standards (SOX, SOC, ISO27001, PCI, NIST, HIPAA)
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client engagements and internal meetings

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed Cyber Consulting Services organization across governance, architecture, and offensive security.
• Grow the business faster than the market while maintaining gross profit, margin, utilization, and client outcomes.
• Own operating performance across revenue, GP/GM, backlog, capacity, and project economics.
• Build workforce plans balancing FTE, backlog, utilization, and external capacity.
• Increase internally delivered services revenue by growing FTE and selective subcontracting.
• Own subcontractor and third-party delivery strategy, including partner selection and quality.
• Lead and develop managers responsible for consulting teams and contributors across multiple disciplines.
• Oversee succession planning, leadership development, and hiring strategy for the organization.
• Establish delivery governance, forecasting, reviews, and escalation processes.
• Ensure delivery quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to contractual commitments on major engagements.
• Create and evolve consulting methodologies, costing models, and repeatable engagement structures.
• Challenge senior practitioners on technical direction and opportunities to add capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success and pre-sales on strategic engagements and enablement.
• Develop technical enablement that helps identify and qualify consulting opportunities.
• Engage executives during strategic engagements and executive briefings.
• Foster collaboration across governance, architecture, and offensive security teams.
