Job summary

Presidio seeks a Sr. Director of Cybersecurity Advisory Services to scale and lead a global consulting practice focused on governance, architecture, and offensive security. You will drive revenue growth, profitability, utilization, and client outcomes across a distributed delivery team.

You will mentor managers and principal consultants, collaborate with Sales/pre-sales, and engage CISOs and executives to shape strategy and delivery across multiple engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent work experience.
• 12–15 years of cybersecurity leadership experience.
• Experience leading a distributed consulting organization (>20 staff).
• Experience leading governance, architecture and offensive security.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Vendor-neutral consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a distributed Cyber Consulting Services organization spanning governance, architecture, and offensive security.
• Grow the business faster than the cybersecurity services market while maintaining profitability.
• Own operating performance across revenue, gross profit, gross margin, utilization, backlog, and delivery quality.
• Build workforce plans balancing FTE capacity and subcontractors.
• Partner with Sales and pre-sales teams on strategic engagements and capacity requirements.
• Engage with senior client executives to guide engagements and sponsor outcomes.
