Serco Inc. seeks a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program in Hampton, VA. You will join a focused team performing test, integration, and evaluation of simulation systems to support DoD training interoperability.

The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a STEM degree with relevant experience, and willingness to travel up to 10%. You will work with DoD customers and Serco teams to deliver high-quality test services.

Formación

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance and ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and 5 years engineering test/integration/SW or embedded systems.
• Or an Associate’s degree and 7 years engineering experience in related activities.
• Experience supporting DoD customers in a technical capacity.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability test for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools for simulation test and evaluation (Wireshark, CGFs, etc.).
• Analyze network and compute performance (latency, bandwidth, jitter, occupancy).
• Develop and maintain test plans and procedures and draft test reports.
• Assist in CONOPS and COA development for deployment of simulation capabilities.
• Contribute to engineering life cycle activities and program processes.
• Write and maintain scripts to enable efficient test artifact creation.

Bachelor’s degree in STEM (e.g., Data Analysis, System Engineering, Math, CS, Physics)
