Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer for the CAF DMO 3.0 program to perform test, integration, and evaluation of M&S systems and applications supporting 5th/6th generation training interoperability.

The role involves working closely with the DoD customer, Langley AFB, and Orlando teams to deliver quality test services. You will maintain and develop test plans, reports, and procedures while applying industry tools like Wireshark and CGFs.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or higher with 5 years of engineering/test experience.
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II or higher.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation system and application integration, evaluation, and interoperability testing for DMON and JSE training operations.
• Use industry-standard tools for simulation test and evaluation (Wireshark, CGFs).
• Analyze network and system performance (latency, bandwidth, jitter, occupancy).
• Draft test plans, procedures, and comprehensive test reports.
