Job summary

Accenture is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support end-to-end sales of standardized cyber security solutions for the U.S. mid-market. The role focuses on digital and social channels, including LinkedIn and AI tools, and collaborates with Marketing to develop points of view and client-ready collateral.

You will manage the sales process from needs assessment through closure, maintain pipeline accuracy in CRM, and help transition to delivery. Travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for technology, cloud or cyber security.
• Hands-on experience with digital selling and social channels (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator) and AI tools.
• 3+ years CRM discipline with accurate records and pipeline data.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Identify and progress cyber security sales opportunities through digital and social channels.
• Own the sales process for standardized cyber security solutions from needs assessment to close.
• Collaborate with marketing to create and share cyber security points of view and outbound campaigns.
• Develop client-facing collateral with subject matter experts and marketing.
• Maintain accurate records of client contacts and pipeline in CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to source opportunities and accelerate research.
• Ensure smooth handoff from sales to delivery.
• Provide reporting on pipeline status and campaign performance.
