Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support end-to-end sales for standardized cyber security solutions across the U.S. mid-market. You will identify opportunities via digital channels, manage the sales cycle from needs assessment to closure, and collaborate with marketing to craft compelling collateral and points of view.

You will maintain CRM records, leverage AI tools for outreach and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sale to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, digital sales or demand generation for technology, cloud or cyber security.
• 3+ years CRM discipline with accurate contact records and pipeline data in Salesforce or equivalent.
• 3+ years selling contracts with value around multi-million figures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years total).

Responsibilities

• Drive digital sales and identify cyber security opportunities across U.S. mid-market.
• Own end-to-end sales for standardized cyber security solutions from needs assessment to deal closure.
• Coordinate with marketing to create points of view and multi-client outreach.
• Develop client-facing collateral with Subject Matter Experts and marketing teams.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, interactions and pipeline in CRM.
• Leverage AI tools to source opportunities and speed outreach.
• Ensure smooth handoff from sale to delivery with Account Success teams.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and provide reporting on performance.
